Three ways to start, with clear prices and easy-to-follow steps at every stage.
We review where the pain sits, how you sit, stand, bend, and walk, and which movements feel stuck or sharp.
Short hands-on sessions that track how your back responds and adjust the plan as stiffness eases.
A short set of mobility and posture exercises, with notes on how often to do them and when to ease off.
Monday to Friday 8:00 to 18:00 and Saturday 9:00 to 13:00. Evening times are available on request.
Help center
When should I seek urgent care instead of booking a visit?
+
Go to urgent care or the emergency department if your back pain comes with numbness around the groin, loss of bladder or bowel control, weakness in both legs, fever, or pain after a fall or accident.
Do I need a referral to see a physiotherapist?
+
You can book an assessment directly with us. If you have a referral or imaging from another clinician, bring it along so we can include it in your assessment.
What should I wear to my first visit?
+
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that lets you move freely, such as shorts and a t-shirt or leggings. We will ask you to bend, twist, and walk, so avoid tight jeans or a restrictive jacket.
Tell us where it hurts and what movements feel difficult. We will confirm a time within one working day.
Book online or call the clinic to arrange your first assessment and home plan.
